DTG's Policies


01. After submitting your order form, I will contact you to confirm the order. Failure to respond to the confirmation email will result in your order being cancelled.


02. To officially secure an order + date with DTG, an "order details" sheet needs to be sent and approved. If no details are confirmed, your order is not reserved and therefore that date remains open. *This section pertains to 5 dozen cookies or less & cookie cakes*


02. A 50% deposit is required for orders that are 6 dozen or more. Please note, the deposit is required to reserve a specific date, so until the deposit is sent and received, your order will not be confirmed and therefore that date remains open.


03. For orders that are 6 dozen or more, please notify of any cancellations at least 2 weeks before the scheduled delivery or pick up date. If you fail to notify of an order cancellation before the 2 weeks, you will not be refunded your 50% deposit - this is to account for any ingredients/materials that may have already been purchased.


04. For orders that are 5 dozen or less or cookie cakes, please notify of any cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick up date. If you fail to notify of an order cancellation before the 48 hours, you will be charged 40% of your order total - this is to account for any ingredients/materials that may have already been purchased.


05. DTG Bake Bar is not liable for any cross contamination that may occur during the baking process. Cookies and cookie cakes are made in a kitchen containing common allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, etc. Those with allergies or intolerances are advised to eat at their own risk.


05. After placing an order, you will receive an “order details” sheet. Once the information on the sheet has been approved by you, no further changes can be made.


06. Every order is handmade and made fresh for each customer. Due to the fact that the orders are all customized, If you fail to pick up your order you will not receive a refund.


07. All orders must be paid in full 24 hours before your selected delivery or pick up date. Failure to do so will result in your order not being fulfilled.


08. Due to the custom nature of DTG’s products, I am unable to provide full refunds (refunds are up to DTG’s discretion & the amount that is refunded depends on the situation). Once your order has been picked up by you or a designated party it is your responsibility to double check the order before leaving Romeo Family Restaurant. If something is wrong with your order, it must be notified while still at the pick up location. If you leave with your order, it will be considered “accepted” and no refunds will be given.
